How's your relationship with your mind?
🤔 I remember it like it was yesterday...He looked me in the eye and asked "could you have anxiety?"
The words were still hanging in the air as my mind raced, thinking back throughout my life to all the times I felt anxious, overwhelmed and out of control.
🤦🏻♀️ Suddenly my whole life made sense.
This doctor, whose name I don't remember, had just handed me my power back.
💡 I had a name for the thing that had been stealing my peace.
Giving it a name, gave me a direction to point my attention to fix the problem.
I purchased an audio tape series I had seen on an infomercial called Attacking Anxiety and Depression.
I sat in my living room, while my kiddos napped, listening to the tapes hoping desperately to find the answer.
I did.
She was talking about how our thoughts cause our anxiety.
🤯 My mind was blown.
I had no idea that what was happening between my ears had so much influence over my body.
It made my whole world make sense.
That was the day I started working on my mindset.
It's been 20 years, since I bought that program and I've learned a lot of tools to help me calm my mind, one of my favorite tools is astrology.

While there are definitely gifts having my Mercury conjunct Saturn in Virgo in the 8th house (like my ability to channel intuitive guidance), the gifts don't rob me of my peace.
