🥳 I was recently interviewed on Kat the Yogi Priestess's Priestess Shit Podcast and I couldn't wait to share it with you!

🥰 If you need a pick-me-up, a fun distraction or to feel more loved, this episode is for you.

Here's some of the awesomeness I share about:

  • What It really takes to get out of your comfort zone and evolve to your next level

  • What you need to do to build unshakable trust with yourself

  • What you most need from other humans (and probably aren’t getting)

  • How your biggest curse can also be your greatest gift

  • What the unexpected benefit is when we say YES to big, scary things we’re passionate about

  • Why you keep attracting the same type of person in relationships over and over again AND what you need to do to stop that

  • Why you look the way you do (physical build, attractiveness, hair color, eye color, etc.) and a vulnerable share about my looks

  • What I wish I had when I was going through menopause that would be super supportive for you

  • Which practices I use to calm and soothe my nervous system, so I can do what my purpose requires of me (and make it through the each day without losing my 💩)

  • What I experienced in a past life and how it spilled over into this one in a very real and unfortunate way

  • What it truly means to surrender

  • The simplest way to help other humans

  • My upcoming women's retreat in May 2026 (pssst... after 1/1/26 pay-in-full bonuses + payment plan options disappear)
  • AND some juicy Astrology and Human Design wisdom sprinkled in

🎁 This podcast was a gift to me for so many reasons.

One of the biggest reasons is that it gave me a chance to see just how far I've come in all my healing work.

😩 I've done numerous podcasts and public speaking engagements over the last 10 years and without fail after each one, my mind combed over ever word I said, every thing I shared and anything I should've said but didn't, as a means to beat myself up for not being perfect.

🥺 To say it was painful, is a massive understatement.

🫣 To say I've been my own worst critic and biggest bully, is an accurate assessment.

Perhaps you can relate.

🤯 When I finished this interview, I felt great about it.

Then my mind tried it's usual games and crept in with it's old stories about what people are gonna think and how I said the WRONG thing or forgot to say the RIGHT thing.

Instead of believing it's lies, I noticed it and just let it go.

The wound was healed and there was no scab for my mind to pick at or rub up against.

🥳 An even bigger win is that I listened to the episode...something I never do.

Here's why: I don't like the sound of my voice. Listening back also gives my mind something to latch onto, in order to beat me up and take me down.

In my communication's class in college, we were recorded giving speeches and had to watch them and critique ourselves in order to improve.

😳 To say that was my own personal hell, is an understatement.

But this time around I got to see just how far I've come and I celebrate myself.

My final win I wanna share with you is this: I'm sharing this podcast episode with you, proudly.

In the past, I wouldn't share the episode and if I did it was both with the genuine hopes that nobody would listen and that everyone would listen.

🤪 Bananas, I know. But I'm human and I'm just being honest, here.

🫶🏼 It's always my intention to use the hard lessons I've learned to help others do things the easier and less painful way. I'm very motivated to minimize your suffering, however I can.

❤️‍🔥 Thank you for being on this journey with me and reading all the way to the end.

😘 It's my sincerest hope that you walk away from this episode feeling as inspired, empowered and heart-centered as I felt.
