Here's Why You Struggle to Believe in Yourself

I was born in 1978 and I grew up with the underlying belief woven into society that women are less than men.
It was sometimes subtle and other times overt.
I noticed women working harder than men, getting more educated and trained, accepting less pay for as much or more work, not being acknowledged or appreciated for their contributions, and over-expressing their masculine traits and repressing their feminine traits, all to be taken "seriously".
There's a feeling of wrongness in our being that goes back many, many generations and it keeps us from believing in ourselves fully.
The feeling of wrongness causes us to judge ourselves, doubt ourselves, and feel ashamed of ourselves and our feminine traits.
That lack of belief keeps us from asking for what we want, creating the life we desire and showing up fully and unapologetically as our weird and wonderful selves.
π€ We're afraid of our power because of how we've seen power misused and abused.
π We're afraid of stepping on other people's toes.
π We don't want to ask for too much.
π©΅ We don't want to be seen as pushy or bitchy.
π We don't want to appear to be too threatening in some way.
π We don't speak up and share our ideas.
𧑠We don't want to get it wrong.
β€οΈ We feel like we have to do it perfectly or we can't do it at all.
π©· We're afraid to charge more or ask for more pay.
π€ We're more comfortable with accepting less than we give to others.
π€ Receiving makes us feel greedy, while giving makes us feel like a "good girl".
The programming runs DEEP and here's what I know: If you're a woman on this planet at this time, you're here to heal this imbalance within yourself, which then helps heal it for all humans.
You took the subtle and overt messaging to mean that your masculine traits are more valuable than your feminine traits.
This isn't just true for women. Men are dealing with the repercussions of this too.
Prizing our masculine traits over our feminine traits has caused ALL beings, regardless of gender, to disconnect from their emotional and intuitive selves.
It has caused us to live mostly in our heads and ignore so many promptings of our hearts.
It has us feeling anxious, overwhelmed and disempowered.
It cut us off from our inherent spiritual nature, connection to spiritual realms and effortless access to our spiritual gifts.
This isn't about masculinity being bad or femininity being good.
The problem is that we're living way out of balance and you can see how detrimental it is to all beings on the planet, including Momma Earth, herself.
It's why we're all so divisive and at odds with each other.
It's why we've forgotten we are all one consciousness working together towards enlightenment.
It's what makes us so darned easy to manipulate and control.
It's what has killed the creative spark of life that is our birthright and why we have to fight so friggin' hard to restore it.
π₯Ί It's what makes possible war, rape, destruction of the earth, racism, prejudice, sexism, classism and all the other injustices and atrocities we see on this planet today.
The feminine connects us to our heart. No one living from their heart could hurt another being. It would be unthinkable because they would FEEL their impact on the other person.
β€οΈ Your heart is what's meant to be leading you in life. Not your head.
π§ Your mind is meant to be the taskmaster, taking the heart's guidance and manifesting it in practical, 3 dimensional reality.
If you don't believe in yourself, it's NOT your fault.
